“My passion for sharing nature with children was sparked by my experiences of being outdoors engaging in sensorial tactile moments. It’s truly rewarding to witness children make connections to the natural world, with flowers and insects, and to see them engage in real learning through art projects. During the first half of my children’s homeschooling journey, we immersed ourselves in nature by going on hikes, gardening, planting flowers, collecting natural specimens and visiting various natural spaces.
